Dwelly is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join one of its core domain teams—Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments. The role focuses on understanding fragmented operational workflows, identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing AI-driven systems, collaborating with product and architecture teams, and owning projects from concept through production. Candidates should have strong engineering experience, Node.js, TypeScript, React, SQL, and modern AI and agentic workflow knowledge, and the position is fully remote across the UK, Ireland, and European time zones.
