First Resonance is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build, scale, and architect production-grade backend services and APIs for the ION Factory OS while owning the AWS infrastructure that supports them. The role combines hands-on backend development with cloud architecture, reliability, performance optimization, scalable platform primitives, and mentorship. Candidates need at least eight years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend coding skills, deep AWS expertise, and experience with distributed systems and large technical initiatives.
