FlowGen Labs is hiring a Backend Engineer to define architecture, standards, and deliver end-to-end solutions across Node.js services, AI and agent workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems. The role owns quality and reliability, requires production distributed-systems experience, Terraform or CDK, Postgres, vector databases, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation, and is based in person in the San Francisco Bay Area with visa sponsorship available.
