Description

Focus is hiring a fully remote Staff Software Engineer based in the continental United States, with occasional travel. The role spans the full technology stack, including Playwright and TypeScript automated testing, Python test-data generation, React and TypeScript front-end tools, AWS CI/CD pipelines, distributed-system troubleshooting, code reviews, mentorship, and technical liaison work with government clients and third-party vendors. The position requires 10+ years of full-stack development experience, familiarity with Terraform, AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP, and synthetic test-data services, and work authorization without visa sponsorship.
