Description
Graphcore is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Collectives Team to design and develop the Collectives Communication Library, which provides high-bandwidth, low-latency communication primitives for very large-scale AI hardware. The role leads development for new AI hardware accelerators, collaborates across teams on features and hardware integration, troubleshoots complex technical issues, and mentors engineers. The position requires extensive C++ software development experience, strong concurrent-programming and debugging skills, testing and build-tool expertise, and experience with multinational teams. The role is based in Poland, offers a salary of PLN 350,000–474,000, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
