Description
Guidewire is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across cloud-native services and AI-enabled engineering initiatives. The role involves designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS services and platform capabilities; developing microservices, APIs, automation, CI/CD, observability, and reliability systems; leading complex technical initiatives; and mentoring engineers. The position requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, deep Java expertise, distributed-systems knowledge, and hands-on experience with cloud, Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices. The US base salary range is $158,000-$277,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance available to eligible full-time employees.
