Description
Interface.ai is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to define and own the technical architecture of its AI-powered financial-services platform, including multi-modal APIs, real-time event systems, agentic and conversational AI, LLM integration, retrieval pipelines, and data infrastructure. The role leads cross-functional technical initiatives, establishes engineering standards, mentors senior engineers, and works directly with the CTO, Co-Founder, and CEO. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in TypeScript and Python, deep platform and AI engineering knowledge, and a BS/BA in Computer Science; the position is full-time and requires in-person presence in San Francisco five days per week.
