The role leads architecture and technical design, guides secure and scalable software delivery across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments, partners with cross-functional teams, improves engineering standards, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus 10+ years of software engineering experience in complex enterprise or distributed systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering experience in complex enterprise or distributed systems
Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple engineers or teams
Hands-on experience with agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and production operations
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, IT management tools, automation platforms, or cybersecurity software
Experience with Java, C#, .NET, MySQL, SQL, AWS, and enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
Familiarity with cloud-native, N-tier, MVC, client-server, and distributed systems architectures
Experience improving engineering processes, technical standards, automation, and platform reliability
Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions without direct management authority
Experience collaborating with product, QA, UX/UI, operations, support, and business stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, high-impact technical areas
