Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR/TSM modules, including service catalogs, record producers, portals, workflows, and orchestration
Hands-on expertise with CMDB architecture, discovery, normalization, reconciliation rules, and CI lifecycle management
Experience with computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification
Understanding of platform governance, upgrade strategies, and technical debt management
