Moloco is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build scalable systems and products for intelligent advertising and machine learning solutions. The role involves setting technical direction, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, designing and operating backend services and APIs, improving reliability and observability, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering strategy. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 15 years of software engineering experience, strong programming and distributed-systems expertise, and experience with databases, large-scale data systems, and production APIs.
