Navan is hiring a Staff Engineer for its Enterprise Team to lead the development and evolution of the corporate travel platform’s backend services, configuration tools, dashboards, APIs, data services, and microservices. The role requires end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise features, collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams, and leadership in technical vision, testing, monitoring, and operational reliability. Candidates need 7–9 years of software development experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue and TypeScript, and extensive experience with microservices, distributed systems, and AWS.
