Description
The role is a senior full-stack engineering leadership position responsible for owning technical architecture across front-end, backend, and data layers; building scalable cloud-native applications; integrating agentic AI workflows; establishing engineering standards; guiding multiple engineering teams; and mentoring senior and mid-level engineers. It requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and backend technologies, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code, along with hands-on experience with agentic AI systems. The position offers hybrid work, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a base salary of $190,000 to $250,000 annually.
