Nexxen is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Tel Aviv to own core backend features for Discovery’s audience-targeting, search, and management API systems. The role involves cross-functional architecture work, audience-activation development, system refactoring, and leading and mentoring other developers. Candidates need 10+ years of enterprise web and distributed-systems experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, database experience, leadership skills, and a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; Ruby, GraphQL, and AWS experience are advantageous. The position is hybrid.
