Description
Pearson Learning Studio is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead the technical vision and architecture for its Guided Study platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack engineering with AI systems development, including agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, ReactJS, Java, Python, and SQL. The engineer will define scalable architecture, optimize data pipelines and backend services, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, UX, and Content teams. The position is hybrid, requiring three onsite days at the Hoboken office, and offers a full-time salary range of $160,000 to $175,000.
