IAA is hiring a Staff Engineer for its US Operations Platform organization to modernize and scale mission-critical operational applications supporting auctions, logistics, titles, payments, and yard operations. The role leads the migration from legacy .NET Framework to modern .NET, designs scalable APIs and services, improves reliability and observability, establishes engineering standards, and mentors senior and mid-level engineers. It requires at least eight years of professional software engineering experience, significant legacy-modernization experience, and expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and secure application design.
