Description
Rokt is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for a core platform team to lead architecture, design, delivery, and technical direction for scalable, low-latency services powering its ecommerce network at internet scale. The role involves high-throughput distributed systems, production incident response, performance optimization, cross-team leadership, and possibly specialization in backend services, data engineering, MLOps, site reliability engineering, or web/mobile SDKs. The position is based in a hybrid work environment with a 4-day in-office, 1-day remote schedule, and offers a target total compensation package of $470k-$615k plus equity and strong benefits.
