Seqera is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Unified Compute team to own low-level systems powering scientific cloud workloads. The role focuses on Fusion, Fusion Snapshots, Ignite, and Sched, with responsibilities spanning production systems design, Go and C development, Linux internals, distributed and multi-cloud orchestration, performance engineering, testing, observability, and technical leadership. The position requires deep experience building production-grade systems software, strong Linux and distributed-systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently and mentor teammates.
