ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its GAIL Core Team to lead complex GAIL and Go-Live Support engagements, establish deployment standards, build shared tooling, mentor incoming engineers, capture deployment patterns, and surface customer feedback to product and engineering. The role requires at least six years of software engineering experience, strong JavaScript and additional-language coding ability, experience deploying or integrating AI and GenAI features, familiarity with prompt engineering, and strong communication skills. Base pay is $149,800 to $262,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
