Description
Ingrid is hiring a Staff Engineer to own high-leverage, company-wide initiatives and lead ambiguous, mission-critical projects across distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI-enabled software development. The role requires 8–11+ years of software engineering experience, technical leadership through architecture reviews and RFCs, mentorship of senior engineers, and hands-on involvement in critical systems. The position is based in Stockholm or Wroclaw, with two days per week in the office and travel to in-person meetings at least once per quarter.
