The role covers performance goals, RUM and synthetic monitoring, regression detection, bundle and build optimization, large-data rendering, performance budgets, cross-team architecture guidance, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, expert JavaScript/TypeScript and React knowledge, browser performance expertise, and experience with platform or infrastructure work. The role is based on-site in Bellevue, Washington or Menlo Park, California, with an estimated base salary of $236,000 to $339,200 plus bonus and equity.
