Description
Snowflake is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the strategy, infrastructure, and culture of web performance for Snowsight, a large single-page application. The role covers performance goals, RUM and synthetic monitoring, regression detection, bundle and build optimization, large-data rendering, performance budgets, architecture guidance, and engineering mentorship. Candidates should have at least 8 years of software engineering experience, deep JavaScript/TypeScript and React expertise, browser performance knowledge, and experience with performance monitoring, build tooling, and platform or infrastructure work. The position is based on-site in Bellevue, Washington, or Menlo Park, California.
