Sprinto is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build and improve autonomous LLM agents and systems that manage compliance, audit, risk, vendor, privacy, and AI governance. The role focuses on evaluation harnesses, provenance and temporal data modeling, connector reliability, multi-tenant and enterprise identity, inference cost engineering, and regulatory-domain modeling. The engineer will set technical direction, solve complex problems, carry teams through hard delivery, and influence Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer Experience without direct authority.
