The role combines long-term product and technical architecture, complex project leadership, production hardening, evaluation discipline, and mentorship for a small founding-stage team. It requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on AI product work, and prefers TypeScript/Node.js expertise. The position is hybrid with three days per week onsite in the New York City office and offers a base salary of $215,000 to $250,000 plus stock options and benefits.
