Description
Steadily is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build and improve its insurance platform, including customer-facing insurance experiences, damage-documentation and claims functionality, rating engines, and property-risk APIs. The role requires experience with web applications and service-oriented architecture, strong product and engineering judgment, and the ability to learn the company’s Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, Django/FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, AWS, and CI/CD stack. It is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, Texas, with four days in the office and compensation including top-of-market salary, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
