The Stepstone Group is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction and architecture across Talent Profile, Company Profile, and Salary Products. The role leads domain-level initiatives, engineering practices, security, and quality; mentors engineers; and collaborates with engineering, product, architecture, and director-level leaders. It requires senior-level expertise in .NET and React, large-scale distributed systems on AWS, microservices and micro-frontends, LLM-powered web systems, and strong communication skills.
