The Stepstone Group is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction and architecture across Talent Profile, Company Profile, and Salary Products engineering teams. The role leads domain-level initiatives, complex problem resolution, engineering practices, security, quality, and performance; mentors engineers; and serves as a technical escalation point. It requires senior-level expertise in .NET and React, large-scale distributed systems on AWS, microservices and micro-frontends, LLM-powered web systems, and strong communication skills.
