Super is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to lead reliability, operational excellence, observability, and technical direction for its platform engineering area. The role involves making deployments and migrations safe and reversible, leading incident response and postmortems, automating manual work, building customer-impact monitoring and alerting, and guiding senior engineers through design reviews and RFCs. Candidates need extensive SRE, software, and platform engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems, incident leadership, observability stacks, strong software engineering skills, and deep AWS and Kubernetes experience.
