Ualá is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to define and lead the long-term technical vision for credit products, including credit cards, loans, collections, and decision engines. The role owns scalable, resilient, event-driven backend architecture and end-to-end solutions across microservices, databases, infrastructure, CI/CD, and native Android and iOS mobile integration. Responsibilities include leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, establishing engineering standards, collaborating with product and risk teams, and leading incident mitigation and root-cause analysis.
