Description
Wise is building a new engineering hub in São Paulo, Brazil, and is looking for Staff Software Engineers to join their Latin American teams. These engineers will be foundational members, shaping the local culture, processes, and technical direction. They will focus on expanding Wise's product across Latin American markets, specifically in Onboarding (Consumer & Business) and Money Movement capabilities. This involves integrating with local partners, connecting with local payment schemes, building seamless customer journeys, and collaborating with global teams on KYC/KYB and money movement systems. The role requires high technical and product excellence, a passion for scalable and compliant solutions tailored to Latin America's financial infrastructure, and the ability to mentor less experienced team members.
