Wise is hiring Staff Software Engineers for its new São Paulo engineering hub to build scalable onboarding and money-movement capabilities for consumer and business customers across Latin America. The role focuses on integrating banks, payment providers, identity and business verification vendors, and local payment schemes; improving onboarding workflows and KYC/KYB compliance; designing and reviewing technical solutions; troubleshooting complex regional integrations; contributing to the LatAm technical roadmap; and mentoring engineers.
