Xometry is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Core Platform team to lead the architectural evolution of its flagship enterprise partnership. The role will re-architect core application services to integrate natively with partner digital ecosystems, embed AI-driven DFM and IQE capabilities, establish scalable engineering patterns, and lead production ML pipelines, data governance, security, reliability, and cross-functional strategy. It requires a hybrid schedule of three days per week at the North Bethesda, Maryland or Waltham, Massachusetts office, and offers an estimated base salary of $170,000–$195,000 annually plus bonus and equity.
