Description

MLabs Ltd is recruiting a remote Staff Software Engineer focused on backend and AI infrastructure. The role leads development of a high-performance Go agent runtime, backend services for autonomous agents and high-frequency trading systems, real-time data and execution infrastructure, migration from third-party LLM hosting to proprietary self-hosted model infrastructure, telemetry and feedback systems, CI/CD, monitoring, AWS/EKS operations, and incident response. The position is based in United States to GMT time zones and requires senior-level ownership of production distributed systems, databases, Kubernetes, and low-latency services.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience building complex backend services, APIs, job scheduling, and distributed systems from scratch.
Experience with low-latency and real-time systems.
Experience deploying, scaling, and debugging production Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS.
End-to-end production system ownership.
Preferred Qualifications: LLM model serving and inference optimization.
FinTech, trading, exchange API, wallet, or on-chain infrastructure experience.
Model Context Protocol or multi-agent platform experience.
Strong Go proficiency for runtime services.
