ABBYY is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader on its Vantage Document AI platform. The role owns complex cross-cutting capabilities, including document AI pipelines, LLM integrations, compliance infrastructure, analytics, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and platform extensibility, while also mentoring senior and principal engineers and influencing architectural decisions. The position requires 10–13 years of professional software engineering experience, deep C++ expertise, and experience with microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, and enterprise-grade systems. The anticipated base salary is 25,000,000–26,000,000 HUF annually, with remote and hybrid working options.
