Fortinet is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its FortiSOC(SIEM) Cloud Platform team in Santa Clara, California. The role owns the design, automation, reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence of cloud infrastructure that powers FortiSOC Cloud deployments. Responsibilities include building Python and backend services, Terraform/OpenTofu infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, disaster recovery, production troubleshooting, and on-call support. The position requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering, and requires onsite work five days per week. The US base salary range is $179,000-$219,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and equity benefits.
