Qualcomm is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in the AI Software (AISW) team to lead the design and development of core features in the Qualcomm AI Stack, including QAIRT and Genie. The role focuses on enabling efficient, reliable, low‑power inference of generative and traditional AI models on Snapdragon mobile platforms, supporting OEM and customer launches, optimizing performance and stability, debugging software‑hardware issues, and mentoring junior engineers.
