Description
Huntress is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to drive the technical vision and architectural evolution of its Core Platform, which includes notification, onboarding, authentication, integrations, and APIs. The role combines hands-on development of complex features with technical leadership, mentoring, cross-team dependency resolution, architectural decision-making, and system lifecycle management. Candidates need at least 10 years of complex software development experience, 5+ years of Ruby on Rails programming, strong architectural and cloud infrastructure experience, and experience partnering with engineering managers or product leaders. The position is fully remote in the United States and offers a $200,000 to $220,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.
