Addepar is hiring a Staff Applied AI Engineer to set technical direction for AI engineering, build shared agent frameworks and evaluation infrastructure, lead complex client engagements, drive prototype-to-product handoffs, establish production observability and SLOs, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least six years of professional software engineering experience, Python expertise, production AI/LLM systems experience, platform and pattern design experience, customer-facing technical work, and a relevant quantitative degree or equivalent experience. The United States base salary range is $158,000 to $248,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
