PsiQuantum is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Calibration & Control to design and implement algorithms, controls, and software that keep photonic quantum processors in spec 24×7×365. The role focuses on scaling and extending a high-performance, scalable graph database, developing data systems, participating in code reviews, collaborating across software, hardware, and research teams, and maintaining reliable database software. Candidates need 15+ years of Python or C++ experience in system software, large-scale distributed storage and graph-database experience, and a proven record of reliable high-scale or mission-critical software; a technical bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a U.S. base salary of $180,000–$205,000, with a Bay Area range of $200,000–$220,000.
