Description
Conga is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps to serve as a senior technical leader for infrastructure, automation, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and reliability across its global SaaS ecosystem. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams to modernize infrastructure, improve deployment velocity and platform resilience, and influence architectural and engineering practices. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience designing and supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure and software delivery platforms. The position is remote in the United States and offers a U.S. base salary range of $105,540 to $168,860 CAD, along with variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and medical and dental insurance.
