The role is based in New York City with remote work and occasional travel to headquarters, and requires at least six years of software engineering experience, team leadership experience, familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance, and experience with AI coding agents. The position uses AWS, Kubernetes, Python, TypeScript, React, Go, Airflow, and DBT, with a target base salary of $275,000 to $300,000 plus equity and benefits.
