Conga is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps for a fully remote position in the United States, reporting to the Sr. manager, Software Engineering. The role focuses on establishing CI/CD patterns, AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud security and operational standards, IAM and least-privilege access, observability, Kubernetes and Helm management, Rancher administration, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform infrastructure-as-code provisioning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the listed areas. The position offers a U.S. base salary of $168,675.15 to $229,900.00 per year, variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and medical and dental insurance.
