Description
Nu is hiring a Staff Software Engineer – DXP to lead the architecture and technical strategy of its AI-native Digital Experience Platform. The role owns the Figma-to-BDC code-generation pipeline, AI agent integration and orchestration, knowledge architecture, cross-platform integrations, automated quality enforcement, and the six- to 18-month technical roadmap. It also involves mentoring engineers, leading design reviews and RFCs, and partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership. The position is based in Toronto, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, or Belo Horizonte, with a hybrid model requiring office attendance at least twice per week.
