Description

Staff Software Engineer role on Intuit's Mailchimp DotCom team focused on owning and evolving Mailchimp.com as a high-performance, scalable, reliable marketing website and growth platform. The role leads front-end architecture and development, mentors engineers, collaborates cross-functionally with product, design, architecture, QA, and business teams, and delivers experimentation, page-speed, identity, and platform capabilities using modern web and cloud-native technologies. The position requires strong frontend engineering experience, leadership, SDLC expertise, and familiarity with JavaScript/React, Python, microservices, APIs, testing, and DevOps practices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and innovating enterprise-level cloud-native applications or platforms, specifically in frontend
3+ years of experience with microservices architecture and API design
Leadership experience leading meetings and acting as a technical go-to person
Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and Kotlin
