Coinbase is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Customer Administration Engineering team within its Enterprise Applications and Architecture organization. The role focuses on evolving Control Center into an AI-agent-ready, modular operations platform for internal users across CX, Compliance, Legal, Global Investigations, and Trust and Risk. The engineer will own architecture and delivery of backend platform capabilities such as MCP tooling, AI orchestration, access automation, and secure autonomous operations, while partnering across engineering and security to deliver reliable, compliant, high-scale systems.
