Mailchimp is hiring a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate end-to-end features across its email editing platform, including a React and TypeScript frontend, backend content and rendering services, and AI-powered editing capabilities. The role owns rendering correctness, legacy modernization, production reliability, accessibility and compliance, and staff-level technical leadership, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with design, product, and partner teams.
