Huntress is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Endpoint Security Posture Management (ESPM) team to build and grow a new product from the ground up. The role focuses on technical vision, scalable data pipelines, UI, data models, event ingestion, automated detectors, and systems capable of processing petabytes of data, while collaborating with security researchers and leading junior engineers. The position is remote in the United States, pays $200,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity, and requires 10+ years of complex software product experience and 5+ years of Ruby on Rails programming.
