Description
Discord is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of its next-generation experimentation platform, including core services, data pipelines, configuration tooling, statistical analysis tools, and user experience. The role involves building high-scale data systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, influencing product telemetry practices, and delivering business results through experimentation. The engineer will also lead and mentor other engineers. The position requires 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, expertise in Python and SQL, experimentation and data systems experience, strong data governance, and a track record of developing engineers.
