Description
Gigs is hiring a senior individual contributor engineer to design and evolve cross-cutting architectures for event-driven systems, multi-carrier integrations, and multi-tenant platforms; improve operational excellence through observability, SLOs, incident response, and production ownership; identify and advance AI applications in platform and engineering practices; mentor senior engineers; and ship production code while shaping technical strategy. The role requires experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, polyglot environments, agentic AI, and cross-team technical leadership, with a salary range of €125,000–€150,000 and regular time in a company hub plus occasional travel.
