The role focuses on scalable component and UI architectures, reusable frontend platforms, performance, accessibility, testing, observability, developer experience, and cross-team technical leadership. Candidates need 8–12 years of software engineering experience, deep frontend expertise, extensive React or similar framework experience, and experience with large-scale SaaS platforms.
