Description

A Place for Mom is hiring a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack to build and scale the agency portal used by senior living and home care providers. The role spans React/TypeScript front-end development, .NET services and APIs, Python data ingestion pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-powered data extraction, classification, entity resolution, and workflow automation. The engineer will provide technical direction, mentorship, quality engineering, production troubleshooting, and architectural guidance to a team of engineers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth across the full stack
Extensive experience as a strategic technical leader
Experience designing, building, and supporting production systems
Proficiency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
Experience building LLM-backed features
Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with B2B or partner-facing SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or lead and referral management systems
Experience with large-scale web scraping, crawling, or third-party data acquisition
Experience with entity resolution, record linkage, or master data management
Healthcare, senior care, or regulated-data domain experience
